Self-Care: Is It Good, Bad or a Past Trend?

We are heading into Alberta Summer and many people feel a new lease on life.

The past 2 years of uncertainty and fear for safety have taken their toll on all of us no matter our beliefs. And, now many people are faced with the process of moving forward into some of the old good strategies and creating some new strategies.

So what do we think about creating positive change these days? And do we still belief in self care?
