Purpose

We are all on a journey…

filled with ups and downs, twists and turns, unexpected joys and disappointments. Along the way we all need a little help from a trusted guide and friend. This is what Sojourn means.

Sojourn is passionate about supporting men, women, adolescents, and children in the Edmonton area to help them overcome hurts and hangups so they can live life well.

We are all social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, physical, and occupational beings and sometimes, for various reasons, our lives get out of balance in one or more of these areas. We believe that personal wellness is possible and that it happens when you experience balance in these 6 dimensions of wellness.

Our team’s mission is to journey alongside people with compassion, acceptance, and understanding in a safe professional environment, using our years of training and expertise as psychological counselling therapists to provide clients with the tools they need to thrive on their journey.

Confidentiality

As a team, we commit ourselves to the confidentiality of our clients and their information. We promise to guard both the identities of our clients and the information they entrust to us. Please note that specific circumstances may limit this confidentiality, and we will fully explain these limits at the onset of counselling as a part of your informed consent for services.
