Annie Abernethy and Tara Boothby are friends and fellow people helpers. Both providing counsel and support to many, including individuals healing from spiritual abuse and institutional trauma, and those who are deconstructing problematic spiritual and philosophical beliefs. Annie Abernethy is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Richmond, Virginia. With a Masters in Counselling and theology Annie jokingly refers to herself as a “thera-logian” (because a theo-pist just doesn’t have the same ring!). Annie is a listener of people’s stories as well as a fellow traveller on the healing journey.
