Roots & Wings: An Evangelical Anthropology
(Jan 23–25, 2026, Highlands Baptist Church, Edmonton) is a three-day gathering of teaching, dialogue, worship, and prayer with Bradley Jersak, David Goa, Mikel Laurie, Tara Boothby, and musical guest Brian West. Together we’ll reflect on the gifts and challenges of the Church, explore healing and hope in the face of trauma, and consider how the Gospel shapes us in today’s world. Expect engaging sessions, group discussions, music, and prayer practices, with coffee, snacks, and Saturday lunch included.
Friday Evening (6–8:30 pm): Opening session with Bradley Jersak & David Goa, worship with Brian West, teaching, discussion, and listening prayer.
Saturday (9 am–4 pm): Sessions led by David Goa, Tara Boothby, Bradley Jersak, and Mikel Laurie on themes of trauma, identity, justice, and mercy. Includes group discussions, prayer practices, a panel conversation, and lunch with presenters.
Sunday Morning (10:30 am): Worship gathering with preaching from Bradley Jersak, Eucharist, and music. All are welcome.
